1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (the "User," "Client," or "you") and Leverage Assessments ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Leverage Assessments platform, including LeverageAptitude and LeverageDevelopment assessment services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, and references to "you" or "User" shall refer to both you individually and the organization you represent.

2. License Grant and Scope

2.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Leverage Assessments grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes or personal professional development, as applicable to the assessment type purchased.

2.2 Authorized Use

LeverageAptitude assessments are licensed for use in pre-employment screening, candidate evaluation, and role compatibility assessment. Each assessment credit purchased entitles you to administer one (1) individual assessment or to use one (1) shared assessment link for multiple candidates, subject to the terms of your purchase.

LeverageDevelopment assessments are licensed for use in professional development, career planning, skills assessment, and organizational training initiatives. Each assessment credit purchased entitles you to administer one (1) individual assessment.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Services or any assessment content
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Services
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Services to any third party
Use the Services to develop competing assessment products or services
Access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) except as explicitly authorized
Share assessment content, questions, scoring algorithms, or proprietary methodologies with unauthorized parties
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission
